Not crispy to the point that it is brittle. i actually like my bacon more chewy. Eegad, I am drooling over the thought of bacon at the moment. That sounds so good right now. : )

Hell, I like bacon! Crispy, cool, uncrispy, cool too. Unless its for a sandwich, then it really needs to be crispy..
