Would i get a loan if my university provides free education?

Question

Cost of education is free in Finland, cost of living is 6000 Euro a year, in this case is it possible to get a loan from the bank for 6000 Euro?

It may be possible if you can also explain the need to pay for books and other school supplies. You may even have a better chance if you are living in school housing and will be using the loan to help pay that.

Check with a couple banks and/or the financial aid department at your school.
