when i ll be changing the virtual memory manually....there are two slots of size.
Initial and maximam.What is that Initial size?

to manual set those virtual memory, always at least 1.5 time of your physical RAM, and set both with the same value. For example: If you have 2gig of ram, that would be 2048mb (1gig = 1024mb), so your intial and max value would be somewhere between 3072mb - 4096mb. Or you can let computer manages the v. mem for you.

Well, if you have the room on your hard drive, which is the space your virtual memory will occupy, make it a couple of gigs big. That would be best. It should never be bigger than your RAM size. That would be kind of funny.

The minimum size is 72mb and the max 1024 mb the initial is 700mb

both should be 1024 unless theyre already higher

if you're talking about windows xp my experience is around 350mb minimum
