I just write down every movie I watch in a Text document and I want to name it, is this correct?
if not, please give me a sentence with the same meaning but grammaticaly correct.

P.S. I'm not good at English.!

The correct sentence should be; "The following is a list of all the movies that I have ever watched: (list your movies)

What you have is OK, but it could be better.

This is more conversational: "All the movies that I've ever watched".
