I'll assume that you're female because you're in women's health... Women are often refferred to as getting 'wet' when they are turned on, this is because when we are aroused and / or during sex the glands at the entrance to the vagina secrete a sort of natural lubricant that helps with easy access(less dry = less pain) and increases the pleasure factor. Some women build so much of this up and their muscles contract so powerfully during climax that this liquid is pushed out of the vagina in a 'gush' - this is known as female ejaculation, otherwise it just sort of trickles out.
There's nothing wrong with you.

p.s. if you are a man, then there's also nothing wrong with you, during climax a man ejaculates sperm out of his penis, this looks like a 'sticky white thing'.
