I seen it. It's been all over the news. What a joke. !7 years is old enough to know better. I think it should definately be a felony. 5 years old should just be learning how to right a bike and don't get me started on the 2 yr old. The were complete a$$holes to even think about doing that.

Now this is a prime case where corporal punishment would be perfect. Flog that 17 year old idiot in front of the entire city and embarrass him in front of everyone he knows.

Now I know many will disagree with "condoning violence", but it's done other places with effective results...and a sore behind is not a permanent thing (in fact the embarrassment is probably more devastating to the culprit).

Well, since it is currently illegal to possess pot, probably. But Also, does a five year old really need pot. All the five yr. olds in my life are already high enough. (that was sarcasm)

The 17yr old should get a free holiday to camp x-ray.

Giving it to them is the same as drug dealing, and he should be locked up for that.. But otherwise knowledge and sharing knowledge isn't a crime 99% of the time.

It's just the way it is, just like how it isn't illegal to learn how to make a nuclear bomb.. But if you do it....

Guys thumbing me down- You may not like it, but it's the truth.. get over it. It's not illegal for kids to smoke pot in Amsterdam.
