I was a hostess at a very famous restaurant in downtown Brooklyn (I'm not going to share the name).

As I was walking past a table to seat some guests, I saw a woman licking her ketchup bottle. I had to go find the waiter and tell him to throw the ketchup away after she left. The disgusting part is, she's been a customer there for 30 years...how many bottles has she licked!?!

My family & I were at a resturant one time, My wife pulled something out of her mouth & asked me what I thought it was. I said a fingernail. Apparently someone lost a fingernail in the mashed potatoes or the gravy or something. (it was dirty too) Anyway, the waitress came along and ask if everything was alright & if we needed anything. I asked for some fingernail polish. LOL. The kids loved it. Needless to say, we dont go to that place anymore.

I used to work at Lonestar in Florida. And one particular night we had a rat and a large cockroach running around in the dining room. Needless say, it caused quite a stir and completely emptied out the restaurant.

About a few hundred horrible looking insects on the wall. That killed my apetite for days.
It was not a restaurant chain.

My sister spitting out a bloody band-aid from her pasta dish. She will never eat out again. I have a hard time dining out now too. You have know idea what goes on in kitchens. I'm sure the person who lost their band-aid didn't mean to do that. GROSS, is all I can say.
