Comet Halley, which is the correct way to give a comet's name, last appeared in the inner Solar System in 1986, and will next appear in mid 2061.
Without further information, it could be at least one of three comets observed in 2004, the year given in your hyperlink:
a. C2004Q2, Comet Machholz, was seen in December, 2004
b. C2004F4, Comet Bradfield, visited us in April 2004.
c. January 2004 gave us C2004B1. No other name was given for this particular comet.

That is an artist rendinger of the sloar system with a comet in it.

I don't belive that it shows any specific comet, just a general idea of a comets orbit (one of many possible).
