That's obviously your choice, but I'd drop him and find someone who doesn't act like such a pansy (unless of course, you like sissy-boys).
You sound young enough that it shouldn't be a problem to get someone new.

I would be asking where and when. If he is with you where was he that he's tried on other woman' panties. Before you or since he's been with you ? Is he a pervert ? Run ....away ,far ..... away ! Joking here but serious ... I am sorry because I would take it as him kidding and then if he persisted I would ask him what his problem is and tell him no way.But I would be having some doubts as to what kind of person he is for sure. If you two are close I would definately get to the bottom of it and wonder is it curioity or a perversion and if you can deal with it so long as it it kept in secret then it is up to you. To me though I donot think I would have come online to ask that kind of question,too personal for me to put out there to everybody. So good for you to be able to ask.

some couple find it sexy wearing each others underwear, even though i would feel abit weird about it, if you feel ok about it then give it ago but if you feel weird about it then just tell him and im sure he will understand.
