Probably from a combination of prescription and recreational drugs. However, the results of her autopsy were inconclusive and last month the medical examiner stated it would be a few weeks yet before a determination would be made as to the cause of death.

They now believe she died of a combination of drug use and pneumonia, but the toxicology report has not come back yet so the cause isn't official yet. They are going to announce the cause next week.
