Core 2 Duo

I upgraded from a P4 3.6 GHz to a Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz and I'm seriously impressed with the performance boost.

I say CORE 2 DUO is faster, because, Pentium 4 is lower than Core Duo, but Core 2 Duo is higher than Pentium 4

Core Duo is faster than the Pentium 4. Even if the Gigahertz are smaller than the Pentium 4, it operates much faster.

I read this and just wanted to explain AMD a little FURTHER... AMD ALWAYS comes out with what Intel has... and is ALWAYS cheaper... and more superior.. check ratings... go to google and search for AMD vs Intel core duo... anyways, your core duo is going to be faster.
