Hi,
Lost will not be on Channel 4. Sky bought series 3 (now showing) and series 4. Apparently Channel 4 said it was not worth getting into a bidding war with Sky, as Channel 4 thought that viewing figures were likely to drop. Time will tell who was right.
The ony way your ever likely to see it is via DVD or if Sky decide at a later date to show it on Sky 3, which is available on Freeserve.
I've answered this question previously and I'll repeat what I said before - watch it on DVD as even on Sky you still have to put up with those '118' idiots during each advert break.

It won't be as sky nabbed the rights from them by paying out millions to have exclusive uk rights to broadcast the show, crafty Sky trying to get people who watched the first two series on terrestrial to subscribe to sky, I certainly won't be paying rip-off prices to join Sky just for one show, most of what they show is American not even British, they don't even show any new decent British shows, most of its tat or repeats, If I were you i'd look for it to watch online (trouble is Sky have their people going around erasing the episodes people from abroad etc have posted online as they don't want anyone in Britain who hasn't got sky to watch them), it best to wait untill they come out uncut on DVD, cheaper than subscribing to sky where you will have to sign a minimum one year contract, Sky dosn't appeal to me in the least, if they'd had Lost from the start wouldn't be so bad but the fact that it was shown on terrestrial for two seasons before they grabbed it is out-of-order, not everyone can afford Sky anyway and some people can't have it as they live in a heritage building hence the dish isn't allowed, fortunately people are posting the episodes online all the time and its impossible for Sky to keep track of them all and get them all erased before some people over here have viewed them, good thing too, Rupert Murdoch has enough money, I ain't putting my hard earned cash towards his greed! Apparantly its backfired anyway as the British viewing figures have dropped since moving it to Sky as many watched it on terrestrial (where frankly anyone with a tv had acess to it) unlike Sky where it is limited to subscribers only, some countries have it on their main channel but of course Britain isn't so lucky!

As soon as the chosen few on Sky 1 have viewed it then the riff-raff on Channel 4 can watch it!

It should not be on C4 anymore as Sky now own the rights to each and each of the previous sequence & the hot sequence #4. they're going to be repeating the previous sequence on Sky One or the different 2.
