Additionally, how would you describe the concept of "butch c0ck" to somebody who has no idea what it means? Can it be done?

Well, my definition of "butch c*ck" is either literal- the strap-on a butch wears, or sort of metaphysical, the way a butch can absolutely treat her clit like a c*ck and operates that way. I think the first is much more used currently.
Anyhow, that's what I'd say.

I am a lesbian and have never herd of your saying before..As for lesbians butch or not i would say it means small, medium, large, or holy sh*t..which ever you prefer at the time..lol
