Its a toss up.. I mean there are many countries in this world that show similar looking creatures in their forests. They got the one piece of tape and of course the footprints.
Now some are fake and even some guy just before he died talks about the hoax but he coudn't have done all the hoaxes over the centuries. And I know they found some hair in one of the footprints that doesn't match any DNA of the known primates so who knows.. and isn't it nice science doesn't know it all ? ;-)

It was in the news that a Bigfoot was spoted here in Malaysia. Plus a Malaysian paranormal group has claimed the capture of a Bigfoot in Cambodia.

As it is not conclusively proven that it does or doesn't exist, you can't really give a definitive answer.

Many cultures from different regions speak of a half-man, half-ape creature in their folklore. So there could be some truth in it.

There are too many similar stories from wide-ranging cultures that leads me to believe something is out there
