I have heard that you can only claim back charges if it is £12 or more in one charge.

Personally I don't understand why everyone keeps going on about this. The banks only charge you if you go overdrawn or something like that. Why do it in the first place? I have made sure never to go overdrawn precisely so that I don't pay bank charges. It's not like these are hidden charges, just read the small print and it quite clearly tells you how much you will be charged.

Doubtful as £3 a month is not punitive plus,if it went to court, the costs would be more than that.

Yep you can claim back as much or as little as you need to if they cant justify there charges (which they can't)
