how old are you? Maybe take them for Pizza or Ice Cream. Take them to the video store to pick out a video and then to walmart and get popcorn and Movie candy.
You can always do what all kids loved and build an imaginary fort. How about cards or board games. Make up a trivia game about the family, it will teach them some family history and be fun.
Have them plan their ultimate trip, give them maps etc, a spending account etc.

go outside and play leap frog. sounds corny but it is realy fun. also get a volleyball game going or horsheoes or crouquet Antying but don't stay inside all the time. Get out. It's good for you

when I babysit my niece, we listen to music make snacks like homemade cookies...in some really weird combos...watch fav. movies, color and draw...and make all kinds of crafts, from odds and ends....we come up with some really weird stuff sometimes but it's fun!
