Well, I used to be a hefty pepper, but I lost the weight. High fat and calory food is not usually expensive. Instead of making a dinner, going to burger king and getting a double bacon cheeseburger value meal, a box of chicken nuggets, and a box of 50 hamburgers, isn´t that much money. Don´t assume that is what I used to buy, but in my mind (as a skinny man now) I STILL want a box of hamburgers to always be at my side as if it was movie popcorn. Things just taste better that way. And clothes, just buy clothes in a city and/or big person store. Good luck.

i've thought about this thing before. I mean food isn't cheap, even if you eat generic brands. I just don't know how one can do it.

Wow you sound OLD. They don't really eat that much, it is proabbly genetic or a lot of fast food. OLD MAN.
