Almost always. Never means never until you do the same thing again. That's why I hardly ever use the word never. Things are better, no matter the weather. Hey! What an endeavor! That's clever! No, never!

It's happened. Usually when I said never it was something I didn't know any better about or I was really emotional when I said it, like really angry.
