How are factories organized,what are the working conditions like?

Where I work the Office staff get decent pay, shorter working hours, paid sick leave, generous holiday entitlement and work target bonuses. We in the factory get minimum wage, longer working hours, no sick pay and are treated like dog crap. Even though we meet all targets we never ever get a bonus or a thankyou. Factory work sucks!!!!!!!! Don't bother.
