Study well enough to pass the exams or to meet the expected results you've set for yourself.

Confidence in yourself - that you can attain good marks.

Exams are just another system we humans have set to set us apart from the animals. Yes, it is important but that does not mean you have to fear it and what not. Have the mindset that you are the mistress to those exams, rule them and win them.

From my experience while studying at schools or colleges, first of all, I enjoyed studying and thus I tried to learn everything my teachers/lecturers said, described, assigned, etc in class. I also had my own tactics by learning from their ways of doing things and from their unique personality, therefore, I rarely felt bored or intimidated in class. Then, I usually reviewed all lessons as planned, did all assignments and submitted them before any deadline. Moreover, I thought positively with less fear (i.e. learn to control your fear) during all tests including the final exams. In brief, if you study hard, learn everything and get well-prepared regularly every semester, such fear of exams will gradually be lessened. Take care and good luck.

To fail to prepare is to prepare to fail. I tell this to my children and to my clients all the time.
