my microwave only has 90, defrost, 360, 600 and MAX degree. Which one should i use? thanks

Over cooking polymer can lead to very real problems from the fumes. Using the microwave oven as described in the first answer completely depends on boiling the water, which is at 212F while the source says 275F or so. The temperature control on your microwave is NOT adequate for control and 360F is probably too high anyway.

I have heard people have tried and always failed....the type of clay also is a big varible that could mess you up too...usually it looks ok but becomes very brittle...if it has any thickness or width it doesn't work either.....but remember the fumes that it lets off are toxic and will remain the micorwave and get on your food. You are ruining your microwave.. Go spend the 20 bucks to get a small toaster oven that you can do outside....DO NOT DO IT.
