Dont worry Ive heard of it I have actually fallen pregnant 4 times.
I suppose its like Fell asleep Or falling asleep. Its like a you will eventually not be in the situation. If you fall down you get up ,
Hard to say.

Sometimes it is referred to as, I have become Pregnant, I am with child, I am Pregnant, the term she fell pregnant or I have fallen pregnant,falling pregnant is not correct grammar.It is a term of style rather than correct grammar.
