You will see some head of states with just one or two kids (they have the money to take care of 20 kids) but the decided to have just one or two. But salary earners will decide to fill his house with kids. I am talking generally.

access to birth control , and the ability to pay for doctors who need to check you and prescribe whatever is chosen as the preferred method and sex education are more accessible to people who have money, most people dont know how to put on condoms correctly, so they are not as effective as advertised but educated people know this and how to put one on properly and poor people cannot always afford them either

Some of the rich people may have realized it takes money to raise kids, and they like their money better than kids. The less well-to-do have realized that the love of family, not the bottom line in your bank account is more important in life.

visit an Arab country sometime. They average rich family has like 8-15 kids!! its also has alot to do with the culture in this situation however.

I think that people who do have alot of money are more concerned with keeping that money. They really enjoy material things. I have three children and mabey I shouldn't, but I think that love and family is the most important thing in life. Money is great but I wouldn't want it if I didn't have my children.

The short answer is education. I also have issues with the Catholic church which does not allow birth control.....i am not talking abortion here..Just birth control .The Church has been arrogant in the position they have taken regarding B.C. for centuries......
