Seriously, man. I'm doing it 45% of the time. It's like I'm psychic or something.

It's a very common thing. It's because your body is still monitoring the outside world whilst you are asleep, and so is aware, in a sense, of the time.

Your biological rhythm is now also 'set' to this time, because you wake up at that time, so your body knows when that time comes that it's time to wake up.

When we are asleep we are not completely unaware of our surroundings. It's the same as why you are likely to wake up if someone calls your name, but not wake up if someone calls out a different name and also why mothers in hospitals usually wake up to the cries of their own babies, but not other people's babies (both proven). Your body is constantly monitoring your surrondings as you sleep, including time.

I get up at different times on different days so it doesn't happen as much for me, but if i've had something important on that I must be up for, I do wake up before my alarm usually.

I continually wake earlier the alarm is going off.it will be stressful yet i elect to imagine that I nevertheless have time to lie in my deliciously warmth mattress for a touch longer and probably make like to my spouse. What I don;'t like is waking about 2 minutes earlier it is going off.

Yes, it used to happen all the time. I think I just got so used to getting up at that time so I just did it naturally (but I still set the clock just in case)

Yeah, it's your body clock that automatically wakes you up *around* that time... that's why you don't *always* wake up before your alarm clock but you would wake up around that time anyway even if you didn't have an alarm clock

We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

I'm up EVERY single morning at 5am. I NEVER set the alarm. And at least my getting up has NOTHING to do with psychics

Its true that your body is used to being up at this time so you actually don't wait for the clock, it happens to me so much that i don't set my clock sometimes
