This will naturally depend on where you live, but a good start would be to visit a lesbian establishment near where you live. It won't just be gay women there, but bisexual ones too. Naturally, every bar/pub/club has its own dynamic and attracts different sorts of people, so don't worry if the personality of the people you meet isn't appealing to you on your first visit. Just try different places and go there with the intention of simply meeting new people and making new friends. If you go in with that sort of mindset, you'll probably be successful and meet some friendly, fun people.

Alternatively, you could try an online personals/dating service.
