I sent some post (small size letter) to a nearby city on 20th February with a 1st class stamp on it, and it still hasn't been delivered. Is this normal.

Yes, I had a friend that mailed a letter to her son, and it only had to go 175 miles, 2 weeks later, he still hadn't gotten it. He thought his mom hadn't mailed it.

My Dad was in Montana working one time, and he sent a letter to Mom every day, to Nevada. One time the letter didn't show up, and Dad said he had mailed it, finally when the strike was over, and Dad came home, which was about 2 months, 3 months after he got home, Mom got the letter. 5 months later. There was a post mark on it from Chili, South America, and some other foreign place that I can't remember. Dad said, see I told you I sent one. Better late than never I guess.

Blame it on the post office!

My friend that lives in Virginia, she sent me a letter back in Sept. I got it 4 months later! Very true! I live in Michigan!

I sent postal orders, to pay for goods, that i bought. Only to receive letters, saying i haven't paid. It really makes you think, what they do with the mail.

that happens a lot if you want to make sure the letter/post gets to where it needs to go pay the little bit extra and send it overnight
