biscuits and gravy dude. a few eggs sunny side up on toast and some corned beef hash. now thats a great breakfast. dont forget a big mug of hot chocolate and a cold glass of milk or orange juice. but i prefer ruby red grapefruit juice.

Soy milk
Splenda sweetner
dash of cinnamon
frozen strawberries
frozen blueberries
Whiz in a blender till smooth and enjoy!
