I can only help you if i know what is the problem
First go start -->run --> type dxdiag and press enter
Look at all the specs slowly as one by one they appear you will find something like xxx mb ram if it is less than or equal to 64 than the problem would be lack of ram. Then go under video and check if the video card is less than or equal to 16 mb. If it is than your video card has to be changed. If all your specs seem to be fine then it might be a load of spyware or you may have done something that has changed the registry. To fix that simply restore your computer to an earlier time. None of your files get erased but only the spyware or something which disrupted your computer gets removes. to use system restore simply go start--> all programs --> accesories --> system tools --> system restore. and you're if more problems persist just type another question and ill tell you other ways u can fix it

Might be lack of RAM - have you got lots of things open at the same time? If you are get more RAM installed.
Might be a broken registry - get a registry cleaner to check it out - try a free trial from http://www.pctools.com/registry-mechanic/
Try running msconfig from the run command on the start menu and see how many programs your pc trys to run on startup and try switching some of them off.

Be more specific. The best chance of understanding what programs are causing your computers to freeze is to check the task manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del).

You're doing to many things at once. Clear out your cache/cookies and start over.
