Deaf. I'm just about legally blind, and it's bad enough if I don't have my contacts in or glasses on. I don't even want to imagine it being worse and seeing nothing at all. At least if I'm deaf I can read and talk to people. If I'm blind...it's a whole different ball game.

Deaf.. but then i'm a Deaf Education major in school so i'm already fluent in American Sign Language ;)

deaf!! without an eyes is not worth of living...how can you see a great scenery in the world when you cant see,.. useless

Deaf.
I think the bionic ear is less expensive than eye surgery. Also they can correct some sight issues but not all of them.
The hearing is a pretty straight forward (I'm not saying simple) correction with the bionic ear I believe.

i couldnt not survive without sound i need it id prefer my eyes plucked out of my eye sockets then never being able to hear again, im as musician so i need sight to read the music but if i couldnt hear the music i dont know what id do!!!!
