i know this is not the right category but i will gain attention here better....
my mom have spleen enlargement....(and im terribly scared)..
anyway....i just want to know how serious it is? is it it curable? deadly???

You don't say if you know what the enlargement is from. I don't know if this means her body is fighting infection or what. I do know that if your spleen ruptures, you can bleed to death fairly quickly, and that if your spleen is enlarged, it is much easier for it to rupture. I hope that she is seeing a doctor and being very cautious in her physical activity.

I have never heard of "spleen enlargment" before, so I assume it's like swollen. I don't think that it is deadly as the spleen is an organ that can be removed easily with an operation.

Its not deadly , but she could end up disabled ( not walking) . You have been to the hospital right ?
