Wind is caused by a pressure differential. It will always blow from a relative high to a relative low pressure in an attempt to equalise the pressure differential

Wind is formed by hurricanes tornados and twisters. It keeps some of its momentum after these events and flies away through the trees and the air and goes to the hot air ballons, because they take it to make them fly.
