I divorced in the UK and it took just over 4 months. It was amicable and we had already sorted out most of the technicalities beforehand so the solicitors had very little to do in reality.

In the UK it takes 11 months. I don't know about any other country. But sometimes it can be quicker if you can show that you have been separated for 6 months or so.

depending where you live and if there is children involved or property, but a straight forward divorce will take around three months from start to finish.

in Connecticut, 60 day waiting period..... then thay set the court date
