Uh, because it's pleasurable?
Biologically, the parts that are stimulated during sex cause pleasure, that pretty much explains why people enjoy it.
There's emotional reasons people like it to, like how it can make you feel closer to someone etc.
And evolutionarily, I'd assume it's because if people didn't, the human race would die out, because people wouldn't reproduce.

Actually God is getting His objectives of generation extension, achieved by making us mad for sex.
