i was convicted of a felony in federal court in 1953 in ky. not a violent crime. [ car theft]. how can i go about getting my gun rights restored by the federal court? i live in va. ty bill

For a federal conviction, I believe the only way to accomplish this would be a presidential pardon. Good luck.
