What is it you are worrying about? If it is one thing, an event or person then try to confront it head on - talk to them, get it seen to...whatever applies. I always try to think this way: as scary as confronting it may be, all this worry is worse. If you can't do anything about it right now, talk to someone about it - you know the saying "a problem shared, a problem halved" - it's so true! If you can't speak to someone then write a letter to get it all out - you'll be surprised how much better you feel.
If you seem to worry about everything, and this is a new feeling like being scared of everything, and overthinking everything that anyone has said or done then that is slightly different. It could be that you are overstressed, or that you are ill (even a cold can make you get really down like that). Try to relax, do some exercise, eat healthily and take vitamins. Make sure you are social enough (talk to people, not just at work or school, but to friends and family) and you should start to feel better.

Ten smart ways~
1- Go on a trip.
2- Go fishing.
3- Buy a Playstation.
4- Plant some flower in your garden or apartment.
5- Sleep earlier.
6- Drink a cup of milk before going to bed.
7- Avoid too much horror movies. ( especially Teletubbies )
8- Watch prison break~
9- Think about people who are in need.
10- Go to the swimming pool!!
Avoid getting too stressed, coz in the future you may lose your hair. ( I'm serious )

A good way of controlling your anxiety is to pretend you have a " worry box " and spend 10 minutes each day letting your thoughts and worries come to the surface but at the end of 10 minutes close the lid on the box. It really works !!!

Try a relaxation remedy. Meditation is very relaxing and can be done anywhere at any time. It helps to clear the mind of negative thoughts and relax your mind and body when u fell tense and anxious.Also reading a GOOD book or listening to music helps. Worrying is one of the most causes of stress and stress causes many other problems with health, so do try and find a remedy to help or go to speak to your doctor.

Address what you feel is the problem. What is causing you to worry? Examine it. Why does this cause such feelings of anxiety in you? There might be no reason at all, but you worry for other reasons, like a displaced emotion or something to focus your mind on.
Follow the symptom to its source, and then examine the source, basically. You might be pleasantly surprised ...
