I'm coming to the end of an eighteen month contract with T-Mobile and I can't decide whether I'll be better off to upgrade with them, or cancel with them and then get a new T-Mobile contract through Dial-a-Phone which is who I usually use. They do seem to have some good offers. Not sure if there's anything that stops you doing that? What do you reckon?

You are able to terminate your contract with T-mobile and get a new contract with T-mobile through Dial-A-Phone..

Have you contacted T-Mobile to ask what offers, they currently have? You can either go into the shop, or dial 150, and they have a team, which will they're best to retain your custom. They will be able to analyse you call/text usage, and find you the best deal.
Depending on how long you have been with T-Mobile, the better the deal will be.

Compare it with what DialAPhone are currently offering, and consider the trouble/cost of changing your number as well....

Best of luck...!

As a reseller not a provider Dial-a-Phone are limited by what they can offer you, also, they make most of their money on the insurance not the phone contract. T-Mobile call centre will have a special cancellation department that will try and keep you by offering a better deal than they advertise. It's true, be bullish and if you don't like what they offer then look elsewhere.
The market is so competitive most of them will offer to buy you out of your contract.

I use T-Mobile for My Business, and so far it has been the Best Service Provider,Coverage and Cost since switching from Orange after 15 Years Loyal Customer!

Orange Lost the Plot when it was Taken over, just take a look at the Over-subscribed DSL service it's Now offering!!

Go into a T-Mobile Retail Outlet and thrash out a God deal for yourself-They're out there!!
You just have to be a Little hard-Nosed and Pushy to get a Deal that suits your Lifestyle!!

at the start, all this could be responded in case you study the vendors particular settlement. In my settlement, you won't be able to cancel until the service has made an substantial substitute to their service from once you first signed the settlement. i'm uncertain what you mean with the help of settlement tariff, yet once you mean how plenty you pay each and each month, then confident, i'm able to alter my cost plan, as long as I stay a paying shopper for my settlement length. i'm able to alter my telephone at my excitement, yet I could desire to pay finished cost for the telephone, they'll in simple terms subsidize the telephones cost once you sign a clean settlement. My suggestion is that in case you could arise with the money for a telephone up front then bypass with no settlement, in case you won't be able to, ensure you will pay your bill for the two years and you study all factors of the settlement.
