I cover my nose loosely, so as to not pop any blood vessels from the pressure of the blow, then I try and blow my brains out, then I wipe it good and grab another tissue and repeat as directed, then throw the tissue in the trash. Hope this helps. I am not a real teacher. lol §

i usually put saline solution in my nose and then take a tissue, put it against my nostrils and BLOW.. hope that was helpful

With a tissue. My husband uses one of his dirty shirts and I hate it. But I still love him. Tee shirts, that is. Not a nice shirt.

w/ tissue...i have a friend who does the whole snot rocket thing...but then again he knows how much i hate it, so he doesn't do it around me as much now.
