mp3 showing lesser capacity?

My 1gb mp3 was previously showing as two removable discs in the system. But by mistake I formatted it. Now it is showing only 232mb and also it is showing as one disc only. Pl. tell me the reason. It is chinamake mp3 and looks like ipod apple shuffle.

All MP3 players have hidden files on the drives that are specific to the player itself. You need a copy of this file and replace it.
