why do guys go by the first intuition? YOUR LOOKS! why not explore someones innerlife,then go by that?

It's all about Self-Respect!
Anyone who has weight issues has either Medical,Emotional or Psychological traumas!
Hence why 'SOME' guys go on First Appearances(Shallow, Immature mentality).
Not saying that being thin is a Sign of Self Respect or Self Confidence either!!(Thin can also amount to Problems too!)
As People Mature, they begin to appreciate people for who they are and NOT what they look like!

I don't think men just go by looks. I think you're looking at the wrong men. It could be you're attracted to the same types of guy. Maybe you need to open your mind a bit more. I know women of all sizes. They are all nice attractive women. Some of them have no problem getting men by the dozen. Others couldn't get a man to look in their direction. It's all in the way you carry yourself. If a man won't take the time to get to know you. Make your personality shine from the moment you walk in a room. Still you have to have an open mind. A good man just might be the one you over looked.

Not true. I think that most guys haven't been taught right and need to be taugh right. I think that when a guy doesn't look into your persona, personality, or soul. They're really missing out on a lot of qualities on a person. Women with curves can get a very good guy. I think that their most likely to get a guy that will treat them right because their one smart, two not stupid like those skinny blonde head chicks, and three they actually have something good/educated coming out of their mouth. Question. When you mean good men do you mean hot guys or big guys or what kind of guys? In conclusion I think that no matter what size you are your still able to get any kind of man that you want!

In my opinion no,
I believe there are good men out there who actually do see beyond appearance. Most men who do go for the small size 0 girls are usually pigs, but then again not all. There are so many men out there to where no one really has the right to judge. There is one thing for certain, there is some one out there for every one. It just takes some time to find them for some of us. Only time will tell my friend. Your question will be answered some day...Trust me...Keep your eyes open & live!

sometimes heavy girls/guys have self-esteem and emotional issues. That's the real turn off. If a skinny girl has self-esteem issues, she's not going to get 'good' men either. Confidence makes beauty. If a woman loves herself and walks with her head high, she's going to get the attention from the men. She's going to be attractive.
think about all the unattractive people you know... what makes them unattractive? It's more personality, confidence, emotional stability that draws the line between beautiful and unattractive. We can even see this on the outside of women. It projects on to their looks.

Its not exactly true. I have a work colleague who is rather overweight in her mid 30's, and she found her husband (not overweight, highly educated) online. She has a great personality, and I enjoy talking to her. She now is on maternity leave, and will give birth in the next few weeks.
Its the shallow ones that write off fat women. You don't want a shallow one anyway...

ashamed as i am to say it , us guys are ' wired ' to go for looks first , but saying that , we soon get past that bit , inner attitude & a good heart will always come out to shine. i'd rather a 'cuddly' girl than an ice queen bitchy beauty model . if your avatar pic is really you , don't worry , your quite pretty & will find a great guy in time .

If the guy is horny and the girl is easy. Guys seem to line up. Of course there are the guys that don't see looks as important, and there are guys that are attracted to fat women. Guys come from different sizes and shapes especially with their tastes. Hey, it rhymes.

Absolutely NOT. A fat "GIRL" is no doubt a fat, true to heart, "WOMAN"... They are grateful and more appreciative. GOOD MEN admire this. Not only do they get more to love but they get more that loves them.
