It's all a matter of choice.I trim the upper and shave the scrotum.It itches alot at first but after time your skin becomes accustomed to it.If shaving,I find that using a triple or quad blade razor works best.Using some kind of lotion afterward also helps keep the irritation down to a minimum.Whether or not it's healthier is a topic of debate,I believe if your keep yourself clean regardless what you do,is healthy.

Shaving your pubs is Ok just as long you don’t cut yourself; I shave all the time down there! In fact I been doing it for 6 years now and it feels good, it may take a couple of times to get used to it and it may itch during that process. People that I’m with don’t complaint about having hair in there mouth and seem to enjoy it much longer.
Even if you just trim it down solves a lot of the problems of having hair in the mouth, it’s neater and cleaner and the Girls seem to enjoy it a lot. (The guys to) it’s the boys that can’t get enough.

You should trim it first if you have a forest down there but I don't think you should shave it completely because it's there for a reason and when it's shaved you may look like a little boy who didn't grow any yet.

A woman's point of view:
Shaved is disgusting. I can't imagine being with a man who rejected his manhood that way.
Trimmed a little is okay, but if you trim too much it's prickly and uncomfortable for the woman. One feels like one's most sensitive parts are being wire-brushed!
Natural is best. The hair is soft, silky, sensuous...SEXY! Natural hair is not prickly because the ends wear to a tapered end that just feels wonderful to touch. I love running my fingers through a nice natural bush. Mmmmmmm.

i say trimmed is always best. if theres a wild jungle going on, you might want to take care of things with a little maintenance shaving. but not all shaved. pre-pubescent boy look isn't all too appealing. just my two cents.

Shave them and get your partner to do the shaving. Maybe you could do each other at the same time and have some fun afterwards.
It's a lot cleaner and healthier shaven.

its a matter or personal preference, maybe you should clip and trim them first and c u if you like that before you shave down completely, some people like it others dont, but if you curious try, they will grow back!!
