What are the Limitations of the Propaganda?

Sorry, but all I can give is a short one. Propaganda means material produced by a government to persuade people of something. There are no limits. Propaganda can be blatant (posters, advertisements), or it can be subtle, like creating false news stories, or getting people to make movies that are sympathetic to the government. Nothing can limit a government's ability or tendency to propagandize.
