six or seven hours are sufficient. more sleep makes lethargic tells upon health and causes indigestion.

I get about 5-6 hours of sleep. But if it were up to me, I would love to sleep for 12 hours. My job is very tiring.

And no, a lot of sleep is not good for you, I realize this. But I love my bed and I could sleep for days, if I didn't have to pay bills!!!!

Usually 7-8 hrs. a night. Sleep is better than lack of. . Getting 10 hrs. a day is not necessary.

i sleep for 2 hrs in afternoon and in night i dont sleep before 11:30 lots of sleep is good for us atleast half of the day u should be sleep as it repair our retair and damaged cell , renew our memory, make u r face looking unspotted,and make look fresh

but lots of sleep will make u lazy,tired, gives headache,and u will not properly prepared for upcoming task. remember that u hav to balance ur sleep and wake

That depends on the person.Some people need 8 hours
a day.Others strive on less.You wouldn't want to sleep you life away.Make a healthy balance of both.

i average nine. sometimes i get 7-8, but rarely do i go over 10. 10 hrs would be if I stayed up all night and I was purely exhausted.
