If you already have an ADSL router, there is no need for the D-Link router (which I presume to be a DSL router as well).
Most routers use the same default internal IP address 192.168.1.1. If you have 2 routers on the same network, you will most probably have to change the IP address of one of them to another IP address, such as 192.168.1.2.
Perhaps you meant that you already have a DSL modem, in which case you would need the D-Link router (with several ports) to create a local area network to connect several computers.
If you have only 1 computer, there is probably no need for the router because you can connect your computer directly to the modem. You can still use the router if you want to, even if there may be no need for it.
Assuming that you have a DSL modem and D-Link router, connect the phone line to the modem, an (Ethernet) network cable from the modem to the router and another network cable from your computer(s) to the router.
Most routers are auto-sensing nowadays and do not need any set-up, even right out of the box. The computers must have the same workgroup name to see and connect to each other in the network.
For security, you might want to change the default administrative username and password of the router. For this, you have to access the router's firmware. Using a browser, type "//192.168.1.1" and at the login box, enter the default username and password that you can find in the technical manual. Once in, look for the option to make the change.

Hope now you are connecting to the Internet through the ADSL modem.
see first the option at the bottom.
1. The RJ45 cable is connected to your computer . now.
Now go to www.portforward.com and get the "dope" for programming the D-link router.
2. For this you have to remove the RJ45 cable from computer and connect to Dlink. Note down the instructions / save each page or print it.
3. If everything is set
connect Rj45 cables to your computer/s from Dlink.
Depending on the model you can connect minimum 4 computers.
Ip address to be assigned to each.
If your ADSL modem has another USB connection , download the driver , install it and connect your main computer to USB port.
Check this works before trying all the above.

Hi ,Connect the wireless router into one of the ports the PC connects to on your ASDL router.. you need to go then to the manual that came with the D-Link.. type in the address bar (HTTP://192.168.0.1) Then run the wizard that appears and follow onscreen instructions..the option for (CLONE ADDRESS) appears..clone it ,apply the setting and that's it..ALL DONE... hope this helps...
