Why??? It's just a flag...I mean I know it has great importance and what not, but my God...it's JUST a flag! A peice of cloth with different colored thread that was probably made in China.
I think that they should like, pay a fine or something, and that's it.
Oh and I'm totally loving your additional details. Stop getting so mad over this dumb thing.

Nothing.
It's legal to burn flags in "Vain." You'll get your butt thrown in prison if you do it in China, Russia, and Cuba though so don't do it there. In the US, someone will protect you so you can burn anything you want.
Just be careful since you'll probably violate a few laws between the EPA, FDA, local ordinances, having an open fire without a permit, and a few other things.

well if they bought the flag and get angry and burn it on their property, well its their business, out public property just a fine for not having a permit. It's really not a big deal and I don't think burn their country's flag but in any case in our country you are free to practice communist so it legal. So I would have to say no to your question. May I add why do Americans hate Americans

The last time I remembered this was America. And in America we have freedom of expression. You don't have to like it but it's the law. If you feel that strongly about it go live in a fascist or communist country where the don't allow that kind of thing.
If I remember correctly people who live in communist countries don't have the right to freely express themselves in this manner....is this double speak?
Please read 1984 if you don't know what double speak is....it's by George Orwell.
BTW I think you need to pick up a dictionary and look up the word vain.

Not a dam thing! You know why? Because it is freedom of speech. Has your Government ever did something that you don't agree with and you need to express yourself in such a way to scream that you don't agree with it? I have been pretty angry at the Government by some of their actions which seem to be fueled by greed for money and power. No, I have not ever burned the flag...BUT IT IS MY RIGHT TO DO SO!

To do something in vain means to try and fail. So someone burning a flag in vain means that they were so inept that they couldn't even do that.
Those people shouldn't be labeled commie...they should be enrolled in a Special Ed Class.

This is America, they have that right! You & I don't have to like it, but I spent 6 years in the USN defending their right to express themselves in that manner.
Some have taken issue w people having our flag incorporated into a piece of clothing. I'm over it...We have bigger issues to address.
BTW if they burned the flag in vain it would mean they didn't actually succeed in burning it!!
