im 5'10 and i weigh 140 right now. i want to get thick thighs without lookin like a bodybuilder. LOL. whats the best thing to do

Unless your bodybuilding.. I can't see you getting the "nasty" muscle look. Most women do not have the hormones to build muscle like a man with out the help of synthetic hormones(steroids). Try using the leg press machine, hack squat machine, smith machine to do your leg work. Start out with maybe a set or two on each machine. Lunges are another way to get muscle size and shape. Eat healthy and the muscle will come.. Don't over due it on protein either. You body can only utilize so much at a time. Also, you might want to add a couple sets of leg extensions and leg curls too. Keep weight moderate for a few weeks until you get used to working your legs.

When you work your legs, do more repetitions at a lower weight. It will give you more tone, (thicker) but won't build muscle like a body builder.

If you use a higher weight, thats when it starts to do the body builder buldge.

you can go to the gym, and weight train, you wont look like a body builder- it takes too much protien and time to do that...
just stop building your leg muscles once they look good- before they get too much muscle on them.

go to the gym, and try any and all machines for legs.
