I have know her for 10 years, we use to be lunch parners but not when this guy join the company. My college is a married woman, that guy is not. Both of them are from the same department. Initially i don't find them weird to go lunch together too often because i thought that this guy is new and he got no lunch partner, but somehow, my college seems to change. She starts to tell lies and talk to me about that guy whenever we are out for lunch. I wanted to believe that she will not do something stupid to ruin her marriage as she got a daughter already.
I ever asked her if she will ever be unfaithful to her husband, she answered that she is not sure, but after that she change her answer that she will not. Recently i heard from a friend who happens to know that guy, she told me that this guy ever have an affair with his ex college whom is a married woman. He left his previous company because of it. I am worried.

Well, caution her, and tell her what you've heard, but make it subtle. Also try your best to hint to her how great her marriage is. If, like you said, she said that she would not, she is strengthening her resolve? In any case, don't worry too much about it. You might just be a little paranoid.

your colleague is having an affair, colleges can't have affairs with other colleges. What was your question anyway?
