Ever since I started having anxiety, it seems that I always have a 24-7 adrenaline. I HATE IT. I wish i could just relax and take deep breaths like everyone says. If it was that easy I would be the happiest person ever :(

And no i have no health problems at all, its all in my mind. But it wont get OUT of my mind.

anxiety is a tough thing. suffering from it myself i know what you mean. its not that easy to get rid of if you are having an attack. with me sometimes it gets so bad i have to take pills to calm me down.

if you figure out the root of your problem, your anxiety will go away.

I can relate. Most of the time it feels like i'm about to have a heart attack or something..breathing excersises don't work for me either..you just have to find the root of the problem..
