Anything in it? All of my thoughts are not good. Delete or quarantine it and double check your firewall - obviously something got through.

thin client is about networking PCs. if this pc was or is part of a local network (lan) then its quite possible the folder was created that way. if your pc isnt in a local area network then delete it immediately!!!

It might be a virus delete that.It could affect you working.
but first ask your mother and father about the folder.
