Why does Bush stick to the same craptastical war plan in Iraq even though it hasn't worked for 3 years?

Thats what im trying to figure out. They are more worried about the war, then running the Congress correctly and in order. I think that they need to get things straight before telling Bush how to finish his Presidency

yet another example of socialist corruption in congress, a pure power grab. soon we will have them asking the military to enforce laws in the US and then it is a short step to communism.

Ummm...do you know what Congress is SUPPOSED to do???

Isn't Congress supposed to "run" things?? (The President isn't supposed to do it on his own...Three branches of government, remember??) This "Decider"-thing has gone to not only Bush's head, but, obviously, his lemmings (I mean followers...).
