Well, they're very different career fields. The things you can do with biology are a lot different than the things that you can do with history. I think you should do some real soul-searching, because I can tell you from the experience of my friends that if you get set on a science major, it's a lot of hard work to switch majors and graduate on time with a social sciences major, and the same thing is true in reverse. For me, I'd vote for a history major, but I'm not you.

It's good to go into college knowing what you want to study because you won't end up taking classes you don't need. (makes it easy to graduate on time or early) However, if you are in doubt now wait at least a year of college before committing to a major. Speak to professors in each discipline to find out possible careers or uses for each major. You may find you need a PhD to do what you really want or maybe chances of using your degree are practical at the bachelor level. At the end of college maybe you won't/or will be in a place to get an advance degree, consider about how many jobs are in a particular field and what the pay range is. People can change you may also find your passion after taking an unusual elective.

1st question: how far are you planning on going?
If you are going to get a PhD (your intent is to go into research) then taking 2 that complement each other makes the most sense:
history and anthropology OR
biology and anthropology
If you don't anticipate going into research, it depends on what you intend on doing and where your intrests over-all lie.
If you major in biology and history (depending on the college) this might make you get a BS and a BA (usually many more classes if you have to do dual degrees instead of just a double major).
If you enjoy writing lots of papers and are good at it (or want to improve your writing), history is a good choice.
For somewhat of a career path biology is recommended (although all the biology majors I knew were either pre-med or teachers in training).
Good luck with your decision!

Choose what you enjoy the most and would like to pursue for four years. It doesn't really matter what you major in after college anyway.

Your question is an fairly complicated one. could I advise you talk on your education counselor .quickly Comp. Eng in Eng college is geared to Engineering. Comp Sc. in Engineering is extra hassle-unfastened and not as constrained in scope Comp Sc in Liberal Arts is plenty broader yet no longer as in intensity as a results of fact the others.
